development of the road belt electrical transmission line; and urging                                                           
members of the Alaska delegation in Congress to pursue the                                                                      
development of this high-voltage electrical line in the interior of the                                                         
state, was read the second time.                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent the resolution                                                               
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without

from voting due to a conflict of interest. Senator Costello objected and
